Ricreation d'Arcadia (Italiano)



Ricreation d’Arcadia nasce dall’idea dei suoi fondatori: quattro musicisti giapponesi che si esibiscono regolarmente in vari ensembles barocchi e orchestre in Giappone e in Europa. Nel 2001 Ricreation d’Arcadia inizia a suonare e a ricercare opere composte da differenti strumentazioni. L’ensemble ha un vasto repertorio, dal Capriccio Stravagante di Carlo Farina alle opere di Monteverdi, Haendel fino ad arrivare al primo Mozart. Nel 2003 Ricreation d’Arcadia si esibisce presso l’ “Handel Festival Japan” interpretando l’opera di Haendel Acis e Galatea diretta da Takashi Watanabe. Da allora l’ensemble lavora con lo scopo di interpretare l’enorme repertorio delle sonate a tre dal 1600 al 1800.
Ricreation d’Arcadia è vincitore del Premio Bonporti 2004 (presidente di giuria Gustav Leonhardt). Nella stessa edizione vince il premio speciale del pubblico e il premio per la registrazione ORF. Nel marzo 2005, i musicisti fondano l’ “Orchestra Ricreation d’Arcadia” che ha lo scopo di interpretare le opere musicali del periodo classico. Tra l’estate e l’autunno del 2005 l’ensemble si è esibito presso festivals internazionali tra l’Italia e la Slovenia, tra i quali: Accademia Filarmonica (Bologna), Associazione Filarmonica (Rovereto), Amici della Musica (Milano), Festival di Brežice (Slovenia), Festival Internazionale di Musica Antica (Urbino), Grandezze & Meraviglie (Modena), Trento Musicantica (Trento), Nuove Settimane di Musica Barocca (Brescia), Musica e Poesia a San Maurizio (Milano, 2006) e MITO festival 2007 (Milano) etc.. Tutti concerti hanno ottenuto uno straordinario successo.
Nel 2006 Ricreation d’Arcadia si è esibito con Gunar Letzbor presso il Mejiro Ba-rock music festival (Tokyo). Nel 2007 si è esibito presso i seguenti festivals in Austria: Internationale Barocktage Stift Melk, INNtöne festival, Schlosskonzerte Eckartsau, Konzertreihe FIORI MUSICALI in St. Florian.
I futuri progetti sono: l’integrale “Harmonia Artificiosa Ariosa” di H. I. F. Biber, l’op. 8 di P. A. Locatelli, le sonate a tre di A. Caldara, musica da camera di A. Veracini e N. Porpora, le sonate a tre di J-M. Leclair, le sonate a tre di Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach. Inoltre, alcuni concerti con Enrico Gatti in Giappone.

Das japanische Ensemble Ricreation d'Arcadia ließ schon nach wenigen Takten erkennen, warum es 2004 beim Premio Bonporti unter dem Juryvorsitz von Gustav Leonhardt alle Hauptpreise einschließlich dem des Publikums auf sich hatte vereingen können. Was die vier jungen Künstler auf Violine, Cello und Cembalo an brillanter Spieltechnik und emotionaler Auslotung in einem über zweistündigen Programm ohne Spannungsabfall boten, legte sich wie ein Zauberbann über die stauenden Zuhörer; auch kleinste Details wurden in ihrem Eigenwert erlebbar als Bedeutungsträger, die das spezifische Sein eines Ganzen erst eigentlich erschließen.

Die größte – weil unerwartete – Sensation bot das vierköpfige Ensemble „Ricreation d'Arcadia“ aus Tokyo mit Kammermusik von Dietrich Buxtehude und seinen Zeitgenossen: Diese geschmeidige Bogenführung, mit der die beiden jungen Geigerinnen die Töne wie aus dem Nichts entstehen ließen, diese Anmut, Ruhe und Selbstverständlichkeit der Technik, diese Stilsicherheit auch im Spiel des Cembalisten Takashi Watanabe – die Zeit scheint nicht fern zu sein, da die Musiker aus Fernost uns Europäer das Fürchten lehren werden... ghjk

»Juventute«
Welch unglaublich hohes Niveau japanische Künstler in der Barockmusik erreichen, zeigen nicht nur diverse Sänger und Sängerinnen bei Monteverdi-Aufführungen der letzten Jahre, sondern vor allem das mittägliche Konzert in der Stadtpfarrkirche am Pfingstmontag, 28. Mai, mit dem Ensemble »Ricreation d’Arcadia«. Es war Dieterich Buxtehude und seinem Kreis gewidmet, dem Begründer der Lübecker Abendmusiken und einem der bedeutendsten Organisten seiner Zeit. Als einführendes, den musikalischen Gaumen kitzelndes Orgelkonfekt, spielte Leo van Doeselaar ein Präludium g-Moll von Buxtehude, dann begann der kammermusikalische Teil in erlesener Klangharmonie mit einer Battaille D-Dur von Clamor Heinrich Abel, dem Vater Christian Ferdinand Abels, einem der angesehensten Geigen- und Gambenvirtuosen des Barocks. Das junge japanische Ensemble imponierte nicht nur mit seinem wunderbaren Gefühl für ausgewogene Tempi, sondern auch mit anspruchsvoller, höchst origineller Musikauswahl. Zwei kongeniale Geigerinnen umrahmten das Cello weichen Toncharakters, von Takashi Watanabe, einem der maßgebenden japanischen Händel-Spezialisten am Cembalo begleitet. So hagelte es bereits begeisterten Applaus nach Buxtehudes inspirierter Sonata in G, BuxWV 271, mit prächtigem Violonsolo voller süßen Kantilenen, vom Cembalo zärtlich eingerahmt. Riesenapplaus ernteten die Künstler anschließend für Händels feurige Sinfonia B-Dur, HWV 339, im Allegro vor Energie berstend, mit eindringlich beseeltem Adagio und himmlischer Streicherharmonie. Johann Gottlieb Goldbergs Sonata C-Dur wurde einst JS Bach zugeschrieben, sie gleicht einem flirrenden Flug barocker Klangfarben im Alla breve, bezaubert im Largo mit wechselreichem Verflechten und Entwirren der beiden Violinstimmen und gipfelt mit einem wirbelnden Tanz im Presto der Gigue. Ayako Matsunaga bewies bei Georg Muffats Sonata Violino solo ihr großartiges geigerisches Können – auch wenn ich mir an manchen Stellen mehr Wagnis expressiver Klanggebung gewünscht hätte – und wurde am Höhepunkt des gestalterischen Spannungsbogens vom Riss der E-Saite überrascht. Der Cembalist überbrückte die Zeit des Saitenwechsels mit einem weiteren Präludium von Buxtehude, dann führten die Künstler Muffats Werk zu Ende, konnten aber natürlich die enorme musikalische Spannung des Stücks nicht restlos wieder aufnehmen. Dafür gab Buxtehudes Sonata in C, BuxWV 266, dem beeindruckenden Cellisten Takashi Kaketa die Gelegenheit, auch sein virtuoses Solospiel kredenzen zu können. Herzhafter Applaus, der weit die gängige Höflichkeit überstieg, belohnte dieses Spitzenensemble, das nicht umsonst einen der wichtigsten internationalen Wettbewerbe, den Premio Bonporti für Alte Musik, im oberitalienischen Rovereto gewonnen hat, für einen wunderbaren Musikmittag.

Takashi Watanabe was born in Nagano, Japan, in 1975. He graduated from Tokyo College of Music (Piano major) and also finished the postgraduate course of Tohō Gakuen School of Music (Harpsichord major). He started studying harpsichord at the age of 20. Two years later he won the prize of Early Music competition in Japan. Since then, he was awarded different other prizes at several competitions. He is active in both harpsichord and organ solo player and also as a continuo player of many ensembles.

In 2002 he moved to Europe to study with Bob van Asperen at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. Now he is living in Pavia, Italy, to study historical organ with Lorenzo Ghielmi at the Scuole Civiche di Milano, and made his diploma in 2010. He took part in various summer courses, such as in Antwerp (J. van Inmmerseel) and Sant Feliu de Guíxols (P. Hantaï). 

In 2004, he founded “Ensemble Ricreation d’Arcadia” (2 violins, violoncello and harpsichord) to explore the diverse instrumental music and vocal music of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, particularly focusing on the vast repertoire for the “trio sonata”. In 2004, they won the first prize at “Premio Bonporti” (president of Jury: Gustav Leonhardt)” in Rovereto, Italy and also received the Audience prize and the ORF recording prize. Since 2005, they have been invited to numerous early music festivals in Italy, Austria and Slovenia including these festivals: Musica e poesia a San Maurizio (Milano), Accademia Filarmonica (Bologna), Associazione Filarmonica (Rovereto), Amici della Musica (Milano), Festival di Brežice (Slovenia), Festival Internazionale di Musica Antica (Urbino), Grandezze & Meraviglie (Modena), Trento Musicantica (Trento), Nuove Settimane di Musica Barocca (Brescia), INNtöne festival and Internationale Barocktage Stift Melk, etc.

In 2006, he won the prize “Cembalosonderpreis” at the 3rd International Viola da Gamba Competition Bach-Abel 2006, Köthen, Germany. He was one of the finalists of the 2nd Sweelinck competition 2007, Amsterdam. He got the third prize at the Fano Adriano International organ competition 2010 (Italy). 
He gave organ concerts on several historical organs such as Norden, Dornum, Erfurt (Michaeliskirche), Grossengottern, Halle (Marktkirche), Tangermünde and Milano (Basilica di San Simpliciano and Chiesa di Sant’Alessandro), etc.

Takashi Watanabe is also active as a conductor of the “Handel Festival Japan (HFJ)” in Tokyo. Since 2003-2008 he has conducted Acis and Galatea, La Resurrezione, The choice of Hercules, Hercules, Tamerlano and some Concerti grossi by G. F. Handel, which were received with great praise.

He has been playing with Rudolf Leopold, Enrico Onofri, Gunar Letzbor, Enrico Gatti, Vittorio Ghielmi, Lorenzo Ghielmi (in his recording of F. Feo, Passacaille 964), La Divina Armonia (L. Ghielmi), Ensemble Cordia (S. Veggetti), Ensemble Zefiro (A. Bernardini), Theatrum Affectuum, Collegium Marianum, La Venexiana (C. Cavina) and Il complesso barocco (A. Curtis), etc.

From 2008 to 2009, Ricreation d’Arcadia made three recordings with ORF (works by F. A. Bonporti, G.F. Handel, A. Corelli and H. I. F. von Biber). The CDs, works by Handel [ORF CD 3085] and works by F. A. Bonporti [ORF CD 3103], will be released soon..
In 2011, he was chosen one of the juries at Premio Bonporti. In June 2012, his first solo CD J.S. Bach’s “Goldberg Variations” was released from ALM RECORDS [ALCD-1130] which won the prizes in several CD reviews.

 1975年長野県長野市出身。東京音楽大学器楽科(ピアノ専攻)卒業。在学中にチェンバロを始め、渡邊順生氏に師事。桐朋学園大学研究科(チェンバロ専攻)修了。2002年より拠点をヨーロッパに移し、オランダのアムステルダム音楽院にてボブ・ファン・アスペレン氏に師事。現在はイタリア・パヴィアに在住し、ミラノ市立音楽院にてロレンツォ・ギエルミ氏にオルガンを師事し2010年にディプロマを取得。
2004年にバロック時代のトリオ・ソナタの演奏とリサーチを目的としてアンサンブル・リクレアツィオン・ダルカディア (Ensemble Ricreation d’Arcadia) を結成し、同年ボンポルティ国際古楽コンクール(イタリア)にて第1位、また聴衆賞、 ORF (オーストリア国営放送) 録音賞を受賞するなどの圧倒的支持を得た。2005年以降イタリア、オーストリア、ドイツ、スロヴェニア、ポーランドなどの公演ではいずれも好評を得ている。演奏はRAI(イタリア)、ORF(オーストリア)などのラジオで放送されている。とくにORFではAlte Musik - Neu interpretiert(古楽 新しい解釈)というラジオ番組において2008年4月にライヴ演奏をしたほかに、定期的に演奏が放送されている。
 指揮者としての活躍も注目されており、日本では2003年以来 『ヘンデル・フェスティバル・ジャパン(HFJ)』の指揮者として『エーシスとガラテア』『復活』『ヘラクレスの選択』『ヘラクレス』そして『タメルラーノ』といったヘンデルの劇作品の上演におけるドラマティックな音楽作りに高い評価を受けているほか、2005年3月にはオーケストラ・リクレアツィオン・ダルカディアとして、モーツァルトの初期交響曲とチェンバロ協奏曲などによる演奏会をモーツァルト協会の定例会で行い好評を得た。
 チェンバロ・ソロリサイタルでも、ヨハン・ヤコブ・フローベルガーのチェンバロ作品のみによる演奏会や、『へクサコード』といった音階をテーマにプログラミングされた演奏会、バッハのゴルトベルク変奏曲やパルティータ全曲(6曲)による演奏会など、毎回ユニークかつ、的確なテーマに基づいて行われる演奏会は高い評価を得ている。
 ヨーロッパ各地でもソリスト、または通奏低音奏者として、ラ・ヴェネシアーナ(クラウディオ・カヴィーナ指揮)、イル・コンプレッソ・バロッコ(アラン・カーティス指揮)などの団体と録音・演奏活動を行っている。リコーダー奏者のアンドレアス・ベーレンとは2003年以来演奏活動を始め『テアトゥルム・アフェクトゥム』としてドイツを中心に演奏活動を続けている。これまでにグナール・レツボール、エンリコ・ガッティ、アントン・シュテック、ヴィットーリオ・ギエルミなどと共演している。
2000年山梨・古楽コンクールチェンバロ部門において最高位とともに、栃木《蔵の街》音楽祭賞を受賞。2001年と2004年ベルギー・ブルージュで行われた国際古楽コンクール・チェンバ部門にてディプロマ受賞Honorable mention2006年ケーテン(ドイツ)で行われた、バッハ・アーベル国際ヴィオラ・ダ・ガンバ・コンクールにてチェンバロ特別賞を受賞。2007年アムステルダム(オランダ)で行われたスヴェーリンク・オルガンコンクールではディプロマを受賞した。
また2005年、アカデミア・モンティス・レガーリス (イタリア)、オーケストラ・ジョヴァネのオーディションに合格、奨学金を得て、チェンバロ奏者として多くの指揮者と共演した。
リクレアツィオン・ダルカディアとしてORFレーベル (オーストリア) よりメルク国際古楽週間のオムニバスCD [ORF Edition Alte Musik CD 3034] がリリースされているほか、ヘンデル、ボンポルティ、コレッリ(メルク国際音楽週間との共同制作)の作品集で3枚のCDをリリース予定。また、テアトゥルム・アフェクトゥムとしてCDをモロックス・レーベル(オランダ)からリリースした(国内版はキングレコード)。
2011年10月にイタリア、ロヴェレートで行われたボンポルティ国際古楽コンクール(アンサンブル部門)において審査員を務めた。2012年6月に初ソロCDとなるJ.S.バッハの『ゴルトベルク変奏曲』をリリースし、レコード芸術特選など幅広い評価を得た。
平成20年度、文化庁芸術家在外研修生。

He studied cello under Ryoichi Fujimori and Hideki Kitamoto. then he studied at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music Faculty of Music, Music Research Masters Degree Early Music Course with Hidemi Suzuki, and at Scuola Civica di Milano with Gaetano Nasillo. He plays with Bach Collegium Japan, La Venexiana, Il Complesso Barocco, Orchestra Libera Classica, and etc, collaborationg with Alan Curtis, Masaaki Suzuki, Claudio Cavina, Enrico Onofri, Enrico Gatti, Gunar Letzbor, Gaetano Nasillo, Hidemi Suzuki, Ryo Terakado, He recoreded with EMI/Virgin, ORF, Glossa, BIS, Creative CORE, DENON and etc. He played at numerous music festivals in Italy, France, Germany, England, Spain, Austria and Slovenia.

Yukie Yamaguchi (Baroqueviolin)

Yukie Yamaguchi (Violin, Baroque Violin & Baroque Viola) 


Yukie Yamaguchi was born in Japan. After completing her postgraduate degree in modern violin there with Toshiya Eto she went to study baroque violin with Lucy van Dael at the Amsterdam Conservatory, receiving her Masters degree with distinction in 2010.


Her passion for chamber music playing has led to the receipt of awards from international competitions, including: First prize, public prize and ORF recording prize in the "Premio Bonporti” (Italy, 2004 with Ricreation d' Arcadia), First prize in the "Musica Antiqua Brugge" (Belgium, 2006 with Duo Fortepiano-Violin).

Yukie is a founding member of several chamber ensembles, including Ensemble Ricreation d’Arcadia, Duo Otonoe, and Ensemble Dulcibella.  Since 2004 she has, together with Masato Suzuki (harpsichordist, organist, composer), led Ensemble Genesis, which performs baroque repertoire as well as contemporary music. 
This ensemble’s recordings of Biber, Vivaldi, Hindemith, Niigaki, and Feldmann for NHK Hi-vision TV program have been well-received.

She has been invited to perform chamber music at festivals such as MA festival, Nantes’ Printemps des Arts, Amsterdam’s Grachtenfestival, Barocktage Stift Melk, and Musica Antica Urbino. 
Yukie also appears regularly with Bach Collegium Japan (dir. Masaaki Suzuki) for both cantata and orchestral projects, Il Complesso Barocco (dir. Alan Curtis), Collegium Musicum Den Haag (dir. Claudio Ribeiro), L’arte del mondo (dir. Werner Ehrhardt), and B’Rock.
